PURPOSE:To realize the favorite taste of a user based on the natural flavor of individual beans by determining various extraction conditions from the manual input information of the user on the type of bean and penchant via fuzzy inference, and controlling a coffee maker according to the conditions. CONSTITUTION:The information from a manual input section 1 on the type of bean and the favorite taste is fuzzy-inferred by a fuzzy inference unit 2 to determine various extraction conditions such as the grain size and extracting speed, a control means 3 controls a heater 4, the first motor 5, the second motor 6 and a pump 7 according to the determined conditions, and the favorite taste of a user based on the natural flavor of individual beans can be realized. An extraction condition determining means 10 determines the optimum bean quantity and water quantity based on the information from a manual input member 8 and displays the contents on a display means 9. The extraction condition determining means 10 determines the grain size and extracting speed according to the type of bean and the crushing period according to the ban quantity. The control means 3 controls the first motor 5, the second motor 6 and the pump 7 according to the determined contents. |
