PURPOSE:To obtain a repairing material for burning not emitting smoke and having superior strength at high temp. and superior flowability and fillability by mixing MgO aggregate with special dolomite aggregate formed with a CaCO3 coating layer on the surface, metasilicate hydrate, CaCO3 and phosphate glass in a specified weight ratio. CONSTITUTION:MgO aggregate is blended with special dolomite aggregate formed with a CaCO3 coating layer on the surface and 35-84.2wt.% of this blended aggregate is well mixed with 15-50wt.% metasilicate hydrate, 0.1-10wt.% CaCO3 and 0.1-5wt.% phosphate glass to obtain a repairing material for burning. This repairing material is fit to dry-repair various furnaces such as a steel making converter, a pouring basin, etc., in a hot state, shortens burning time at the time of repairing, can improve productivity and prevents the swelling of a repaired part. |
