PURPOSE:To increase control effect while retaining the blow expanded shape on the outer peripheral face in the passive state by spraying cooling wind to the outer peripheral face of molten resin in the progressing direction, sucking out air from the neighborhood of outer peripheral face of molten resin in the downstream position of said cooling wind, forming the cooling wind along the outer peripheral face in the laminar flow and cooling the molten resin. CONSTITUTION:A cooling device 21 is formed in the ring shape, and a plurality of ring wind path forming components 23, 23 are installed inside a ring base 22 on the outermost side. The cooling wind is sprayed in the progressing direction of molten resin 3 toward the outer peripheral face of ring molten resin 3 discharged out of an air plenum 10 of a die 8 by a cooling wind spraying means 24, and air is sucked out from the neighborhood of the outer peripheral face of molten resin 3 by a cooling wind suction means 25 in the position located in the downstream of said spraying position and the cooling wind is formed in the laminar flow shape along the outer peripheral face of molten resin 3. A plurality of stages of combination of the cooling wind spraying opening and an air suction opening are provided, and the length of larminar flow of cooling wind along the outer periphral face of molten resin 3 can be formed still longer and the large air flow is available and the position of laminar flow is in the passive state. |
