CONSTITUTION:When a motor for rotating a polishing plate of a polishing head is actuated, a rotating spindle 29 in a bearing cylinder 28 dropped to both ends of a polishing head main body 21 via a pulley and belt is rotated at high speed, and the polishing plate 42 of a rectangular felt, etc., of the lower face of the fitting plate 39 fitted to the eccentric shaft 36 at the lower end of the rotating spindle 29 is abutted while rotating at high speed in a small diameter while dropping a polishing liquid with its no vibration by taking balance by a balance plate 37 on the material to be polished under moving when the polishing head main body 21 is descended by a lift device, but a polishing plate 42 is connected freely inclinably by an automatic aligning roller bearing 30 in the longitudinal direction.
