POLYACETAL RESIN HOLLOW MOLDED BODY

摘要

PURPOSE:To make the degree of unevenness of wall thickness smaller to a substantial extent and increase strength to impact by molding polyacetal resin with specified melt index by the injection blow molding method at the specified resin temperature. CONSTITUTION:Polyacetal resin with 0.05-10 melt index and with straight chain or branch or crosslinking molecular structure is molded by the blow molding method at the temperature of 180-240 deg.C. Also from the viewpoint of upgrading the practical performance of a hollow molded body thus manufactured, it is preferable to blend or react a polymer composed of a vinyl polymer and an elastomer as main components for the purpose of improving resistance to impact with polyacetal. It is a composition of 0.5-50 pts. of a polymer composed of a vinyl polymer or an elastomer having -125 deg.C-80 deg.C glass transition temperature blended or reacted with 100 pts. of polyacetal.
