(A) polymerising the small particle rubberic polymer of 0.03-0.20 μm of particle size and 70- 95 % of gel contents until the graft ratio is 60-120 % and the M.W. of the graft copolymer is 40,000-120,000; (B) polymerising until the ave. particl size of the small particle rubbric latex is 0.25-1.0 μm, the graft ratio is 25-45 % and the M.W. of the graft copolymer is 40,000-120,000; and (C) mixing two latex of different particle size and graft ratio, obtd. by the processes of (A) and (B), making 95/5-70/30 of content ratio of the larger particles and the smaller particles in total rubber; and solidifying the mixed latex, and drying it.
