<p>PURPOSE:To improve productivity by loading a plurality of works on a pallet at the second floor part, bringing down the pallet to load on a transfer machine at the side of a line, and delivering the works on the pallet to the work set device on the line. CONSTITUTION:Three works W3, W4, W5 are set in required position relation on a pallet 12 with loaders 16, 17 at the second floor part 13, then the pallet 12 is brought down with a drop lifter 14, and loaded on the receiving frame 9e on a transfer machine on a retreated position. Next, the receiving frame 9e is moved forward, and the works W3-W5 are delivered to respective set jigs of a work set device 6 of a transfer station 22 from the pallet 12. A floor W1 is delivered to the transport unit 52 of a floor set device 5 of a charge station 21, the floor W1 and the works W3-W5 are transported to an assembly station 3, and they are joined together by welding. Consequently, the loaders 16, 17 can be operated in wide space at the second floor, and productivity is improved.</p> |
