<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a pump motor of simple construction without a mechanical loss, by disposing a plurality of piston units around a driven shaft disposed at an angle with respect to a drive shaft around a rotary plate provided at the end of the drive shaft supported by an outer casing through a bearing. CONSTITUTION:A side plate 3 serving as a second outer casing, which is disposed at the open end of a substantially bowl-shaped casing 1 serving as a first outer casing, is fixed to the casing 1 and a drive shaft 5 is supported by a bearing at the center of the casing 1. An operating chamber assembly 8 for accommodating a plurality of piston units 15 and a motion conversion mechanism 9 are disposed in the casing 1. A drive shaft 5 abutting against the outer circumference of a gear 4 gas an outer circumference with a rotary plate 23 fixed thereto and a hard ball 14 of the piston unit 15 is rotatingly inserted into the spherically-concaved surface of the outer circumference. A driven shaft 16 is disposed in the inner wall of the side plate 3 where a recessed portion 3A is formed, the shaft 16 having a prescribed angle with respect to the drive shaft 5 and confronting it through a hemispherical body 5A.
