PURPOSE:To obtain a thin miniature brushless motor, in which winding work can be automated through a simple constitution, by a constitution wherein a fixing face secured integrally to the outermost periphery of an insulator underneath a stator joints the start-of-winding and the end-of-winding of a winding to terminals on a plane and the terminals are secured onto the soldering surface of a printed board. CONSTITUTION:A lower insulator 3b is fitted to a stator core 1 and an upper insulator 2 is fitted to the stator 1 and then a winding 4 is wound thus winding the start-of-winding and the end-of-winding of the winding 4 automatically around a terminal 8. The terminal 8 is then soldered 5 to a printed board 6 on a same plane as the stator core 1. According to the constitution, winding work can be automated and soldering of the terminal 8 and the printed board 6 can be made on the stator core 1 side resulting in low profile. Furthermore, the terminal can be positioned accurately with respect to the printed board and thereby soldering process of the printed board can be automated. |
