PURPOSE:To improve dielectric constant and a no-load Q-value and also lower a firing temperature to reduce dispersion of characteristics by using a composition expressed by a specific formula. CONSTITUTION:In a specified compound expressed by Formula I, B1 is an element selected from a group consisting of Mg, Ca, Zn, Co, Ni, Mn, Cu, Al, Ga and Y. B2 is an element selected from a group consisting of Nb, Ta, Sb and W. X and y are within the ranges of 0.25<=x<=0.50, 0<y<=0.2. When the valency of B1 element is a, and the valency of B2 element is b, m and n have values selected in such a way that they satisfy m+n=1, and aXm+bXn=4. It is possible by such a dielectric ceramic composition as having constitution like this to realize a dielectric whose dielectric constant is high, which has a high Q-value in a region of microwave and an excellent temperature characteristic and can reduce dispersion of characteristics after firing. |
