PURPOSE:To improve the reliability for checking a CPU board by extracting a CPU board normal signal with a CPUGO signal obtained from a BIT program and an output obtained from a counter of the CPU board. CONSTITUTION:A CPU board normal signal is obtained from a coincidence detection circuit 21 when an output signal 19a between clock numbers (n) and (n+1) required to execute a BIT program and outputted from a counter 19 connecting to a CPU 11 and a CPUGO output 20a obtained from a BIT program to check a CPU board are coincident. Thus, the check for the software and the hardware is attained by inputting the CPU board normal signal to an external system. Thus, malfunction of the BIT program to check the CPU board is prevented. |
