PURPOSE:To make extrusion molding in a highly viscoelastic state by a method wherein heated and softened high-molecular material is passed through the cooling and hardening zone of an extrusion molding die, placed in a viscoelastic state incapable of deformation, passed through the preliminary heating zone of the extrusion molding die and molded in the viscoelastic state. CONSTITUTION:Heated and softened high-molecular material is passed through the cooling and hardening zone 2 of an extrusion molding die and placed in a viscoelastic state incapable of deformation, passed through the preliminary heating zone 3 of the extrusion molding die, made vixcoelastic, then, sent to the molding zone 4 and molded. In the extrusion molding device the extrusion molding die is connected with the head of the extruder 1, and between the molding zone 4 and the extruder 1 are arranged the cooling and hardening zone 2 for cooling hardening and bringing the passing high-molecular material into a viscoelastic state incapable of molding and the preliminary zone 3 for heating the high-molecular material cooled in this hardening zone 2 into a deformable viscoelastic state and sending it to the molding zone 4. By such molding, fluid resistance is removed from the flow of the high-molecular material in the extrusion die in the state of plug-flow for extrusion molding in the state of high viscoelastics. |
