PURPOSE:To reduce the file access frequency and to ensure the effective multi- address transfer of files by reading the data only once out of a file to store the data in a memory and then transferring the data to plural transfer destinations from the memory. CONSTITUTION:The file information to be transferred is written into a multi- address transfer control table 6 together with the transfer destination information, the transfer state of each transfer destination, and the memory store state of each file. Then an untransferred state file name is taken out by referring to the table 6, and the file data on the file name are read out and converted into a transfer form. The converted data are stored in a memory 3a. When this storing operation is over, this fact is written into the table 6. Then the stored and untransferred file data if detected is transferred to a due transfer destination, and the transfer state of the table 6 is changed to the end of transfer. When the transfer is over with the file data, the file data are deleted out of the memory 3a. Thus it is possible to reduce the out-of-file reading frequency and to ensure the effective multi-address transfer of files.
