PURPOSE:To easily change the type and size of a character font by changing the size of the character font according to the font label name designated referring to a memory storing the type and size of the character font corresponding to the font label name. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 10 refers to a font label name management program stored in the backup area in a RAM 11 while executing a font label name management table generation/management program stored in a program area 13 in a ROM 12, and displays the screen designating the font label name on a display device 18. At this point, a 'heading' and 'the end of a paragraph' are registered as the font label name. An operator selects font label name to be applied or the like (for example 'heading'), and clicks an execution button b3 by means of a mouse 16B. At the time of being the identical font label name, the type, size and style of the character font is taken out from the font label name management table to change the font. Thus, the type and size of the character font can be simply changed. |
