PURPOSE:To easily form multiscreen information by decoding the coded DC-AC conversion coefft. data of input by the order corresponding to a reduction rate in an image decoding device. CONSTITUTION:A conference bridge KB has a separating section 2, an image bridge 3, a voice bridge 4, a multiple section 5. The separating section 2 separates the information supplied via an ATM network 1 to image data and voice data in accordance with a virtual channel identifier (VCI) inserted to a header section and supplies the image data to the image bridge 3 and the voice data to the voice bridge 4, respectively. A multiplexing section 5 multiplexes the image data and voice data outputted from the image bridge 3 and the voice bridge 4 and outputs the data to the ATM communication network 1. The multiscreen information is easily formed in this way without increasing the circuit scale. |
