The device includes a first assembly (1), called the metering assembly, having a series of individual juxtaposed metering units, as well as a second assembly (2), called the actuation assembly, including a series of parallel pistons (24) driven in a straight-line to-and-fro movement which each interact with one metering unit, the device being noteworthy in that the said actuation assembly (2) can be moved in the longitudinal direction on guides (4) so that it can be moved away from the metering assembly (1) in order to facilitate cleaning of the metering units.
