PURPOSE:To function in accord with an operating state of a user by measuring a distance, time and any weekday of the user and storing it in memory, and operating a predictive distance at time of available for the next with the past data. CONSTITUTION:Information secured out of a position sensor processing part 17 is once stored in an operation storage part 21, then data of this operation storage part 21 are stored in a learning storage part 22 and a use state storage part 23 respectively. In succession, the mean of these data at the present time is operated, thereby finding a mean operating distance at a time zone. In addition, a use state at point of present time is operated from information of the use state storage part 23. Successively, a measured time of the use state storage part 23 is operated, and it the measured time is less than the threshold value, a use distance is operated with data out of the use state storage part 23 but if it is other than that, with data of the learning storage part 22, respectively. |
