PURPOSE:To obtain a system stabilizer which can perform stabilization control at the time of chain fault by providing means for taking in and holding fault phase information of a system, means for performing control when system operating conditions and thus held fault phase information satisfy predetermined conditions, and means for releasing the fault phase holding means upon elapse of a predetermined time after fault. CONSTITUTION:When a fault occurs in phase R of 1L and then followed by a fault in phase S of the 1L, output of 12b goes '1' to set a flip-flop 14b and since the outputs from 14a, 14b satisfy the conditions for fault in more than one phase, output of an operating section 17 goes '1'. When circuit breakers for generators G1, G2 are closed, AND conditions of 13, 18 are satisfied and control takes place at 19. The flip-flops 14a, 14b are reset upon elapse of a predetermined time, set by a timer, after occurrence of initial fault. According to the constitution, stabilized control in which chain faults are dealt with as a series of fault is realized resulting in prevension of system step-out. |
