发明名称 STEP-OUT PREDICTION CONTROLLER FOR POWER SYSTEM
摘要 PURPOSE:To sustain system safety by experimentally deriving a relationship between the time and the phase angle after occurrence of fault from simulation results, calculating a coefficient representing divergency, making a decision based on thus calculated coefficient, comparing the coefficients between all generators and then disconnecting a generator having highest divergency from the system. CONSTITUTION:Generators G1-G7 are provided, respectively, with phase angle measuring devices M1-M7. Phase angles are measured through the devices M1-M7 and employed in the determination of damping constants alpha which are then transmitted on transmission lines C1-C7 to a central unit MC. The central unit MC compares the damping constants alpha between the generators G1-G7 and an interruption command is transmitted on transmission lines C11-C17 to a generator having highest negative absolute value of alpha thus providing circuit breakers CB1-CB7 for that generator with interruption commands. According to the constitution, a generator having adverse effect on stability is disconnected from the system in early stage resulting in enhancement of stability.
