The invention relates to a travelling device for automatic maintenance mechanism on spinning or twisting machines. The aim of the invention is to improve the travelling properties of the automatic maintenance mechanism on the textile machine's rail system when taking curves in order to ensure that the mechanism runs smoothly and continuously, avoiding rubbing friction and spontaneous yawing movements of the running wheel. According to the invention, this is achieved in that a supporting wheel (4) on the track is fitted in a pivot bearing (3), the steering axis of which coincides with the central vertical axis of the supporting wheel (4), and said pivot bearing (3) is connected via a web (9) to a swivel bearing (2) fitted on the chassis (1), whereby this web (9) is held on either side by a fixed stop (8) and a pivoting pawl (10). |
