PURPOSE:To secure the oil tightness and precision of a nozzle set part and improve productivity by setting a nozzle material on a die, press-guiding a punch made of the superhard alloy applied with ceramic coating along the cylindrical inner wall of the nozzle material and copying molding the seat part through plastic flow. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle member 1' is made of the quenching-enabled material, e.g. martensite group stainless steel, and has a cylindrical form having a bottom part 2a as seat part molded part, and a copying mold 3a having a nearly same shape to a seat part 1a is formed at the top edge of a punch 3 made of superhard alloy, and the mold surface is applied with the ceramic coating which is harder than the nozzle member 1'. Also a hole 4a formed at the center of the upper surface of a die 4 has an inverted conical shape which is nearly same to the seat part 1a. The nozzle member 1 is set on the die 4, and the top edge 3a of the punch 3 is inserted into the cylindrical inside 2b-1 of the nozzle member 1', and the part 3b is press-guided along the inner wall of the nozzle member 1', and the center on the upper surface of the bottom part 2a is pressed, and then a worked part 2a plastically flows, and the seat part 1a is molded. |
