<p>The wave propagation signal transmission device according to the invention includes two coupled wave propagation structures (310, 312) with distributed constants in which are integrated active means for amplifying the transiting signals in the form of linear and continuous components, in particular, a cathode (318), a control grid (320) receiving at E the HF signals to be amplified and an anode (322) providing at S the amplified signals. The invention also concerns the applications of the device according to the invention, in particular the high power and very wide band HF amplification and the generation of electromagnetic pulses of long duration having a very steep leading edge.</p> |
