PURPOSE:To simply prepare a fried bean curd requiring the separation of the inner part thereof by receiving the fried bean curd taken out from a frier between supporting plates implanted on a beltlike carrier, inserting a injection needle into the upper edge surface of the carried fried bean curd, and subsequently injecting air into the fried bean curd through the needle. CONSTITUTION:Fried bean curds A taken out from a frier 1 are received between supporting plates 23 implanted in a carrying chain 22 and carried on guide rail 21 in a state that each fried bean curd is held in a vertical posture. An air-injecting needle 31 is inserted into the upper edge surface of each carried fried bean curd by the action of an inner part-separating means 3 interlocked with the action of a carrying chain, and air is injected into the inner part to separate the inner part toward both the thickness directions of the fried bean curd, followed by taking out the treated bean curd from the end of the guide rail. |
