PURPOSE:To process bean-curd refuse as a useful food and a preservable food by hydrating bean-curd refuse after removing soybean milk therefrom, pulverizing the hydrated bean-curd refuse in a grinder pulverizer while generating heat, regulating the moisture content and particle diameter to specific values, then filling the regulated bean-curd refuse in a container and freezing the filled bean-curd refuse. CONSTITUTION:Bean-curd refuse after removing soybean milk therefrom is hydrated, pulverized with a grinder pulverizer while generating heat and regulated to 50-85% (preferably 60-75%) moisture content and 30-120 mesh (preferably 60-120 mesh) particle diameter. The resultant viscous pasty substance is then filled in a container, frozen to -60 deg.C for 30min and preserved or a processing material such as vegetable or meats and a seasoning are added to the aforementioned viscous pasty substance. The obtained mixture is formed into a prescribed shape and the surface thereof is then smeared with bread crumb. The obtained formed mixture is frozen, preserved, etc., to carry out the objective processing. |
