摘要 A narrow beam is deflected cyclically by a lithographically manufactured semiconductor mirror with an integral coil (12), located in the constant field of a permanent magnet system (10). Two coils may be connected in series on the underside of the mirror and energised with AC voltage, setting the mirror into oscillation by means of two torsion arms. The maximum angle of pivot of the mirror corresponds to the inclination of the pole faces. USE/ADVANTAGE - E.g. in laser printer or scanners, relatively large angle of deflection is achieved with little energy input.
