The invention relates to sulphonyl formamidoximes of formula (I) or their tautomers (II) in which: R<1> and R<2> are mutually independently hydrogen, possibly substituted alkyl, alkenyl, alkinyl, cycloalkyl, benzyl or phenyl; R<1> is also -CO-R<5>; and R<2> is -CH2-CO-R<5>; n is an integer from 0 to 5; A is a direct bond, saturated, branched, unbranched or unsaturated alkyl chain; and Z and R<5> have the significance given in the specification. The compounds are effective fungicides.
