PURPOSE:To improve the reproducibility of measurement by eliminating the dead space in the connection part of a fine pipe and piping and applying the uniform processing of the fine pipe and the uniform coating of a separation material. CONSTITUTION:Grooves 2 are formed to the surface of the first substrate 1 composed of silicon or glass by photolithography and etching and the second substrate 3 composed of silicon or glass is closely bonded and fixed to the first substrate so as to cover the grooves 2 to constitute a measuring body 11 having separation parts 2 and split parts 4. Next, fixing plates 7, 7' holding the measuring body 11 on both sides thereof to fix the same are provided. Subsequently, a plurality of through-holes 5, the connectors 12 communicating with the through-holes, the pipings 13 connected to the connectors 12 and change-over valves 15, 19 are arranged. A connection port for injecting a sample is provided to the first change-over valve 15 and connection ports are arranged to the second change-over valve 19 so as to be capable of being connected to arbitrary resistance pipes by switching and the third piping 13c is dipped in the second buffer solution tank 21 having an electrode 22. |
