PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive voltage type PWM inverter device which is reduced in size and cost by detecting the DC current of an inverter circuit with a DC current detector and providing a current detection circuit which inputs the detecting signal of the detector, and then, inputting the output signal of the detection circuit to a current control circuit for controlling a load current. CONSTITUTION:Detected puls signals from a DC current detector 4 are inputted to a current detection circuit 14 and the circuit 14 outputs the envelope of the absolute value of a load current. Current control is performed by inputting the output of the circuit 14 to a current control circuit 10. Therefore, the size and cost of this voltage type PWM inverter device can be reduced, since no detector is required for detecting the load current. |
