<p>PURPOSE:To miniaturize a flow control valve and reduce its weight by inserting the second spool having lands for main function, leakage prevention and a piston into the first cylindrical spool having a through hole for each port, an input-output switching land, a throttle and a cylinder chamber to give functions for electromagnetic proportionment and detection to the flow control valve. CONSTITUTION:The first spool 2 slidably provided in a body 1 is provided with through holes 20, 21, 22 for input, output and a tank, and its outside is provided with lands 2a-2c to open and close each of the through holes P, A, T of the body 1, and the enlarged hole 23 of a cylinder chamber Cr communicating with a drain chamber Dr through a thin hole 230. A throttle member 7 is provided with a throttle hole 70 to restrict a hydraulic oil fed from an input port to an output port, and the second spool 3 fitted through the inside of the first spool is provided with lands 3a-3d for a piston, a partition, main function, and leakage prevention. Thus a flow control valve can have both functions for electromagnetic proportionment and detection, a small light structure, and moreover improved responsiveness.</p> |
