PURPOSE:To obtain the subject vegetable having low odor and to provide an apparatus for the culture of the vegetable by pouring water into a water tank for conventional hydroponic culture containing a lattice plate, placing a scale of the vegetable in a lattice hole directing the stalk upward and harvesting the root extending through the lattice hole and grown under the lattice plate. CONSTITUTION:Water is poured into a water tank 1 for conventional hydroponic culture containing a lattice plate 7, a scale 3 is planted in a lattice hole 8 directing the stalk 6 upward, the water tank 1 is completely covered with a black vinyl sheet 13 and air is supplied with an air compressor 10 through an air hose 12 from an air shoot 11 fixed on the bottom of the water tank 1 to prevent the deficiency of air. The variation of the temperature of water 2 caused by the introduction of air is controlled with an electric heater 9. The root 4 (energy vegetable) grown under the lattice plate 7 through the lattice hole 8 is harvested as a plant (vegetable) and the water 2 in the water tank 1 is taken out of the tank as an extract to obtain a scaly garlic bulb vegetable and a plant fiber extract. |
