摘要 PURPOSE:To conduct measurement without being affected by a change in temperature by conducting calculation for each of measuring points being different in temperature environment and by executing correction by a temperature correction coefficient calculated for the measuring points. CONSTITUTION:A peak value of a received waveform of echo from a delay material 14a, which is obtained by separating a probe 14 provided with the delay material from a body 15 to be inspected and by driving it, and a similar peak value of the received waveform measured in respect to the probe at a prescribed temperature are compared with each other, and in accordance with a ratio thus determined, correction of a peak of an echo reception signal is conducted. A temperature correction program is started from MPU 5 and a temperature-corrected peak value is calculated by multiplying it by a prescribed temperature correction coefficient and stored. Measurement is conducted for each of measuring points being different in temperature environment, and measured data corrected by the temperature correction coefficient calculated on the basis of the measurement for the measuring points are stored in a storage area of a memory 6 so that they correspond to each measuring point. According to this constitution, measurement can be conducted without being affected by a change in temperature.
