<p>PURPOSE:To improve the compression efficiency by assembling the displacement control structure, for controlling displacement of a displacement parameter member against a swash plate and a piston so as to produce a cycle curve different from a sine wave curve as a piston displacement curve, between the swash plate and the displacement parameter member. CONSTITUTION:In a double faced piston 12A housed in cylinder bores 13, 14, holding recessed parts 18, 19 are recessed on the inner end surfaces 16, 17 facing to both the front and rear surfaces of a swash plate 11, and positioning stage differences 20, 21 are provided in both surfaces of the swash plate 11. At this stage, a semi-cylindrical shoes 22, 23 and displacement parameter members 24, 25 are interposed between the swash plate 11 and the inner end surfaces 16, 17 of each double faced piston 12. The displacement parameter members 24, 25 are formed into wedge-form having the cylindrical peripheral surface, and displacement guide grooves 22a, 23a are formed in the rectangular end surfaces of the semi-cylindrical shoes 22, 23 in the direction transverse to the axis l3 direction of the shoes 22, 23. A cycle curve different from the sine wave curve is thereby produced as a piston displacement curve to reduce a load against a thrust bearing for controlling the position of the swash plate and improve the compression efficiency.</p> |
