A transfusion filtering device (1) for preventing foreign matters from entering into a human body. This transfusion filter (1) comprises a cylindrical housing (2), hydrophilic porous hollow fibers (32) disposed in the housing (2) in parallel with the axis of the housing (2), and hydrophobic porous hollow fibers (28) disposed in the housing (2) along the inner wall of the housing (2), the upper ends of the hydrophobic porous hollow fibers (28) being exposed to the outer atmosphere so as to discharge air accumulated in the housing (2). <IMAGE> |
