PURPOSE:To obtain a good-efficiency compact fuel cell power generation plant having an allowance by maintaining an operation pressure of a cell main body higher than an operation pressure of a reformer. CONSTITUTION:A means 20 to boost a pressure of reformation gas supplied to a fuel pole part 1A to a higher level than a pressure of a fuel reformer 2A, and a means 23 to boost a pressure of air supplied to an air pole part 1B to an equivalent level to the reformation gas pressure are provided. The operation pressure of the fuel pole part 1A and the air pole part 1B is thus set higher than the operation pressure of a fuel reformer 2. A cell main body 1 is thus maintained at a higher pressure than the reformer 2 to be operated in good cell characteristics condition, while the reformer 2 is operated at a relatively low pressure to be operated in good condition, that is at a proper temperature level. A high efficiency and compact fuel cell power generation plant can thus be obtained. |
