Renin-inhibiting peptides of the cyclohexylstatin type having general formula (I), in which A, B, D, E, Y, R<1>, R<2> and n have the meanings given in the description, are disclosed, as well as a process for producing the same and their use in medicaments, in particular medicaments that influence blood circulation.
