PURPOSE:To prevent or eliminate the forcible entry of molten resin material into an insert mold by a method wherein a pin, which is arranged at the bottom of a bottom force so as to oppose to the insert mold, is provided through a driving means vertically movably in a top force. CONSTITUTION:A pin 8, which opposes to an insert mold 5 arranged in a bottom force 2, is provided through a spring 9 vertically movably at the center of a top force 1. When the forming mold clamping of tablet 10 with the top and a bottom and a left and a right forces 1-4 after the insert mold 5 and the molding resin material tablet 10 are automatically charged at the predetermined position of the bottom force 2, the pin 8 is arranged onto the top face of the inset mold 5 and, at the same time, raised in contrast with the lowering of the top force 1. Thus, the pin 8 and the insert mold 5 are brought into tight contact with each other, resulting in allowing to prevent the molding resin material from forcibly entering onto the insert mold 5 or to exclude the entered material and to prevent burr from developing at the opening part of a molded article. |
