<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture at a low cost without making various input functions of an information processing device of special constructions by making part of an IC card of a flexible construction or of a construction capable of moving in the direction of thickness. CONSTITUTION:An IC chip 101 is mounted on a card component member 103 near a card connecting portion 102. The rest vacant area of an IC card is constituted with a soft material 104 capable of easy deforming when pressed with finger. The card component member 103 is protected with outer surrounding member 106. Switch markings are printed at positions on the surface of the outer surrounding member corresponding to input switches provided on an information processing device for selecting IC card functions. A bulge 111 on the underside of the IC card formed by deformation of the soft material 104 when it is pressed with the outer surrounding member 106 pressed with a finger 110 causes an operation key located under the card to function. This simplifies the structure of the information processing device requiring the IC card simpler.</p> |
