发明名称 REVERSIBLE THERMAL RECORDING MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve sensitivity and saturated density and reduce a curl of a reversible thermal recording material by using paper with plastic films bonded on the both surfaces thereof as a substrate. CONSTITUTION:Paper with plastic films bonded on the both surfaces thereof is used as a substrate. As the paper for the substrate, wood free paper, coated paper, art paper, cellulose fiber paper, and the like can be used. As the plastic film, polyester, foamed substance thereof, vinyl chloride triacetyl cellulose, synthetic paper, and the like can be exemplified. The substrate obtained by bonding the plastic films on the top and rear surfaces of paper or the like has a hardness lower than that of a substrate obtained by using a plastic film singly. When an image is formed using a thermal head or the like, the substrate is easily deformed along the shape of the head. Therefore, if the substrate is increased in thickness, thermal sensitivity and saturated density are little lowered. The paper having high heat resistance is little shrunk by the heat of the thermal head or the like, thereby preventing the curl of the recording material.
