PURPOSE:To arrange so that crew member retention may be safely conducted by operating an alarming means or a shoulder anchor drive means, by providing at a shoulder anchor a detecting means that detects the inclination of a shoulder belt, and deciding only by means of a seat belt being attached to a crew member, whether a seat belt position is proper or not. CONSTITUTION:A switch bracket 27 is fitted to a base plate 23 shaft-supporting a through ring 22 that is at a shoulder anchor 20 movable up and down along a guide rail 29, and a switch 24 that acts as a detecting means, is fitted to this bracket 27 by means of a screw 26 through a holder 25. And as it is arranged that the button 24 does not come into contact with a shoulder belt 2 in case the belt 2 is in a downward condition rather than a horizontal one, the switch 24 stays OFF, and it is decided that the belt 2 is in a proper position. Meanwhile, when the belt 2 is put in an upward condition rather than the horizontal one and the button 24a is pushed upward and the switch 24 is made to be ON, it is decide that the belt 2 is not in a proper position, and an alarming lamp is lighted. |
