<p>PURPOSE:To attain a sufficient joint strength between the binder main body and the binding material by providing a binding material which is joined on the joint surface in the inside of a binder main body through thermal bonding, and made of polyolefine at least in its joint surface. CONSTITUTION:A heating plate is pressed onto the joint surface between the binder main body 2 consisting of foaming polyolefine and the binding material 3 made of polyolefine in its joint surface 31 so as to melt the surface of each joint surface. Next, immediately after the heating plate is pulled out thereof, each joint surface is pressed to each other, resulting in adhering both surfaces together.</p> |
