PURPOSE:To reduce the probability of having a busy-line state by simultaneously operating the transmission and reception of a telegraphic message in parallel between plural sets of stations through the first round omnibus order telephone line. CONSTITUTION:Data inputted to a DTE interface circuit 34 connected with a data terminal equipment are converted into the data by a prescribed packet transmitting protocol, and outputted to a DTE/ECE interface circuit 35 connected with an omnibus order telephone line 22. Then, the data by the prescribed packet transmitting protocol, which are inputted to the DTE/DCE interface circuit 35, are inversely converted and outputted to the DTE interface circuit 34. Therefore, the transmission and reception of the telegraphic message can be simultaneously operated in parallel between the plural sets of the stations through the first round omnibus order telephone line 22. Thus, the probability of the line busy is reduced even when an optical submarine cable network is large-scaled, so that the transmission and reception of the telegraphic message can be easily operated. |
