PURPOSE:To minimize a rotator in size by fitting a grooved roll constituting a second rotator over a rotating shaft, and mounting a flat roll provided on the top of the grooved roll on a tip of the rotating shaft, and then permitting the flat roll to be rotated through rotation of the rotating shaft. CONSTITUTION:A rotating shaft 5 that is rotating means of each flat roll 6 constituting a first rotator is arranged passing through the axial part of each grooved roll 8 consisting a second rotator. By this way, there is no need for this apparatus to provide a space for introducing driving forces on the central part of a bank of rolls constituting the rotators, namely, a space for providing the rotating shaft 5 and providing transmitting means such as gears and the like. |
