摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent an ink layer from being transferred in the repeated printing mode and make it possible to print an image repeatedly at high quality by providing an ink layer composed mainly of a resin matrix and a thermally melting ink, either of which has mold lubrication effects upon the other, on a support. CONSTITUTION:An ink layer 31 is composed mainly of thermally melting ink and a resin matrix 7 which is given mold lubrication effects upon the thermally melting ink, or consists mainly of the resin matrix 7 and the thermally melting ink 9 which is given mold lubrication effects upon the resin matrix. The blending ratio (weight ratio) of the thermally melting ink 9 and the resin matrix in the ink layer 31 can be set properly in accordance with the printing conditions of a printer, especially the number of times of repeated printing. The ink layer 31 is formed by leaving the thermally melting ink 9 dispersed at about 30 deg.C alone at room temperature to allow ink gelation, then mixing the ink gel with a resin matrix component and applying this mixture to a support 1.
