PURPOSE:To form the diaphragm plate with high rigidity and internal loss with good productivity, by scattering many number of regions of perforated low density absorbing hydrogen to the base made of titanium foil and forming diffusion and curing layer due to diffusion of different type of atoms to other parts. CONSTITUTION:To the metal base 1 forming the titanium foil into desired shape, the diffusion agent adding the supply agent like boron to the accelerator and coupling agent is coated to form the layer 3. Further, the hydrogen agent 8 like ammonium chloride is mixed to the coating layer 3. This is given to the sintering furnace 4 and the cover 5 is put on, and the furnace is made to vacuum and the heating is made with the heater 6. When the temperature reaches 300 deg.C or more, chemical reaction is started, and the hydrogen generated is absorbed in the titanium of the metal base 1 to form the hydrogen region 7 according to the distribution of the hydrogen agent 8. Further, when the temperature reaches the diffusion temperature, the boron in the coating layer 3 is diffused outside the hydrogen region and the diffusion curing layer 2 is formed outside the region 7, allowing to manufacture the plate with high rigidity and internal loss and with good productivity. |
