PURPOSE:To obtain the plastic molded material having optically excellent properties by dissolving an optical distortion and disturbance by a runner part, by making use of a mold which is gateless and has the thick runner part. CONSTITUTION:Plasticized resin is injected through an injection nozzle into a multi-shot injection mold which has a runner having a thickness of at least 0.5mm and is communicated directly with the bulky whole circumference and free from a gate. Then the injected and solidified resin molded material is taken out of the mold. A plastic molded product is obtained by cutting off precisely a part 3 corresponding to the runner from a part of the resin molded material 1 corresponding to the mold bulkiness. |
