PURPOSE:To input form data of parts without deterioration of a parts mounting efficiency or production of input errors by reading a mark and inputting the form data in setting a parts supplying unit in which an assembly of parts is charged to a parts mounting machine. CONSTITUTION:A bar code 9 expressing parts data such as form data, parts number data, mounted quantity data, etc., for sizes, lead lengths, number of leads, outer sizes, etc., of electronic parts 2 which a tape-like parts assembly 7 has is preliminarily provided in an upper surface at a forward end part of the tape-like parts assembly 7. The tape-like parts assembly 7, wounded around a reel 6, is charged to a parts cassette 8, and a forward end part of it is guided to a forward end part of the parts cassette 8, so the parts data are read from the bar code 9 of the tape-like parts assembly 7 to be stored temporarily, and by setting the parts cassette 8 to a mounting machine main body 1, the parts data can be inputted to the mounting machine by instruction from the mounting machine. |
