摘要 PURPOSE:To transfer works effectively by providing a second transfer process for taking and feeding a plural works to a processing machine after receiving the works before processing of which interval is changed into a second pitch interval by a first pitch changing process. CONSTITUTION:A second transfer robot 700 transfers top plates to a laser processing machine before it receives them from a pitch/inclination changing means 500, while it receives the top plates after processing from a work station 606 of the laser processing machine to transfer them. The second transfer robot 700 is composed of a second X-axis arm 701 fixed to a base frame, a second Y-axis arm 702 freely movably supported by the second X-axis arm 701 and reciprocated in the X-axis direction by a second X-axis drive means, a second Z-axis arm 703 freely movably supported by the second Y-axis arm 702 and reciprocated in the Y-axis direction by a second Y-axis drive means, and a second auto hand 710 installed at the second Z-axis arm 703.
