<p>PURPOSE:To construct a system having no possibility of reducing a productivity when a system abnormality occurs by restarting operation of the system using inventory, work procedure, work schedule and work instruction data. CONSTITUTION:Inventory data for which conditions of a pallet are reset for conditions for restarting operation of a system editted by a worker are reregistered in an inventory data editing part 1. The reregistered inventory data are sent to a work procedure data auto-edit part 2 and a work schedule data auto-edit part 3, and the work procedure data and work schedule data are automatically edited based on the inventory data to be reregistered. Work instruction data are automatically edited based on the work procedure data to be reregistered. The operation of the system is restarted at a system start processing part 5 by an instruction by a worker.</p> |
