PURPOSE:To form a terminal fixing tape from a common adhesive tape by providing a cutter means for cutting the adhesive tape wound on a winding means into a determined dimension to form the terminal fixing tape. CONSTITUTION:A wound tape 2 is cut into a determined dimension, for example, by a movably disposed rotating cutter 7 to form a terminal fixing tape 12. Then, this terminal fixing tape 12 is transferred from a winding means 8 to a delivery means 13, for example, by a magic hand. Further, a plurality of the terminal fixing tapes 12 are transferred to the terminals of winding rollers 22 by a terminal fixing tape transfer means 19 while holding the terminal fixing tapes, for example, on a suction belt 14 at determined intervals, and the terminal fixation of the winding rollers 22 is conducted by these tapes 12. |
