PURPOSE:To obtain a heat-treating furnace capable of heat-treating uniformly materials to be heat-treated by forming a plurality of fine holes in a furnace body so that an atmospheric gas is blown in a direction reverse to the rotational direction of a case and downwardly into a heating chamber. CONSTITUTION:A furnace body 1 has fine holes 6 for blowing an atmospheric gas, which communicate the external side to each region 4, the fine holes being formed at four places at every region 4, respectively. Each region 4 in a heating chamber 2 is heated up to a predetermined temperature by a heater 5, and the atmospheric gas is blown into the region through the fine holes 6 of the furnace body 1 in a direction reverse to the rotational direction of a case and downwardly toward the heating chamber 2. Then, the cases 30 containing materials 8 to be heat-treated are conveyed successively through the upper opening of the furnace body 1 to be stacked on a rotary base 21. This rotary base 21 is lowered while being rotated and, when a second case 30a from the bottom comes to a predetermined position at the lower opening of the furnace body, the case is held by a holding jig 7. Thereafter, the rotary base 21 is stopped when its upper face is flushed with the upper face of a stand 12. As a result, it becomes possible to keep a heating temperature uniform at every portion of the materials to be heat-treated, and the materials can be heat-treated without irregularity. |
